Steven H. Gardner
Steven is a trial and transactional attorney with 40 years of experience focusing on civil, commercial, employment, probate and trust/fiduciary litigation in state, federal, and appellate courts. He has been lead counsel in numerous contested matters including jury and court trials, arbitrations and mediations. His clients include individuals, small businesses, and large domestic and foreign industrial entities. Steven represented Mobil Oil Corporation for over twenty years as outside litigation counsel in PMPA, premises liability, eminent domain, real estate, commercial, antitrust, and franchise litigation matters. He is AV rated and voted a Super Lawyer in 2012, 2017 and 2018.
